Technical and technological process
Water treatment
The water is brought from the wells to the plant through an 80-meter-long pipeline, and all the pipes are made of high quality stainless steel as prescribed by the law in food industry. In this way, the water is protected from the external influence.
The bottling process
The processing line for filling plastic, polycarbonate returnable gallon bottles of 18.9l includes bringing the bottles to the line where ozone disinfection is carried out. The whole procedure is conducted under the conditions in accordance with sanitary regulations. Filled plastic bottles are sealed with sterilized caps and, then, transported to the warehouse.
The processing line for filling plastic PET packaging includes setting up and delivering PET bottles to the line which carries them to sterilization, and later, to filling.
Disinfected caps are brought to the cap chamber where the bottle sealing is done, and after the completed procedure, the bottles are sent to labeling machine. After the labels are affixed, bottle coding is performed so that they can be wrapped into adhering foil, and then they are stacked on pallets and wrapped in polyethylene foil. The whole process is automatized and performed in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions.
Process equipment protective measures
The entire processing, mechanical and electrical equipment has protection devices installed during equipment production and testing, so that, with proper handling, there is no danger to the employed staff. Before each equipment start-up, the operator checks the equipment, and only the qualified personnel are allowed to operate the equipment.
Safety measures
Aisles for communication and transport at the plant are arranged in such a way that they ensure workers’ easy movement and total safety.
